It's the
repetition
of affirmations
that leads to belief. And once that
belief becomes
a deep conviction, things begin to
happen.

We have one
life;
it soon will be past; what we do for God
is all that will last.

A dream doesn't become reality

Executive Staff
Issac E. Williams, President
Founder of Inspired by Love of N. FL., Inc, which was established
in January 2006 to assist formerly incarcerated men and women back
into the community. Our program offers social, educational, and
spiritual support in their integration. Issac oversees the
administrative, developmental, and operational aspects of IBL, and has
overall responsibility for implementing program services to
current and
exoffenders.
He started this program out of a sense of duty inspired by his own
personal experiences and to meet some very important needs of inmates
not being met, in order for them to have a better chance of achieving
positive change. He is firmly committed and believe if you take the time to
encourage others that they too can make a difference.
Before embarking on this new journey, he had a few personal
setbacks as a former inmate and was released in 2000. He is now
employed with Walker Body Shop, as Service Tech/Porter. Formerly
employed with Tallahassee Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Company, as Service
Advisor and the Detail Center Manager. He is a member of
New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, former mass choir president and church van driver.
Born in Tallahassee, Florida, raised in Midway, Florida, Issac graduated from
Havana North Side High School in 1985. He lives in the Tallahassee
area with his wife, and their two children and granddaughter.
