Our organization is dedicated to meeting the needs of  inmates and ex-offenders by offering a variety of programs catering towards their needs.  Our mission is to help build self-worth, providing a positive direction for inmates and giving them an opportunity to contribute to society.  We're committed to helping inmates in prison and ex-offenders re-entering the community with housing, food, job training, educational information, and counseling.

IBL was established in January 2006 to assist formerly incarcerated men and women transition back into the community.  Our program offers social, educational and spiritual support in their integration.

IBL was organized and facilitated in Tallahassee and is established as a non-profit organization.  We will serve as a respected and visible catalyst for change in the region for the needs of the inmate population and help reduce recidivism.
